Return Conditions
Return Period You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the work. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept returns.
Condition of the Artwork To be eligible for return, the artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging. Artworks that have been altered, damaged, or are missing packaging will not be accepted.

Reason for return We will then provide you with instructions for returning the artwork.

Return Costs Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the work is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refund Processing Once the artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment within 14 days.
Refund Amount The refund will include the purchase price of the artwork, less return shipping costs, if applicable. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Works If you receive a damaged or defective work, please contact us immediately at contact@vincentbardoushop.com. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, as well as cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different work, please return the purchased work and place a new order.
