SEND US AN REQUEST. Indicate the order details, budget and size of the work. We will contact you to let you know if the artist accepts the commission.

CREATE THE SPECIFICATIONS. We will then develop the specifications in collaboration with our team and the artist. Once the specification is approved, you will sign an order form detailing all aspects of your order, including the terms and conditions.

PAYMENT OF A DEPOSIT. To begin the creation process, a deposit of 40% of the total agreed cost will be required.

REGULAR UPDATES AND COMMENTS. We will keep you regularly updated on the progress of the work, sharing photos and notes from the artist to gather your feedback.

FINALIZATION OF THE WORK. When you are satisfied with your new work, payment of the remaining 60%, along with shipping costs, will allow the artist to proceed with delivery of your work of art.
